Firewall rules changes have begun to roll out and some sites have already been able to confirm that this resolves latency.
Updates will continue over the next 24 hours. By the time all rules have been updated, this issue is expected to be fully resolved for all affected users and sites.

Following the update to the 25.5.10.0 (May feature) release of 360 Encompass, end-users may notice that the blue "loading" circle graphic appears in CRS for a longer than the usual or expected amount of time while processing nosology edits.
The lookup will eventually complete but may take several moments.
This is a temporary issue. Updates to Solventum firewall configuration are in process and are expected to resolve this issue.
