ASDRG processing pauses

Following the application of the 26.5.10. feature release of 360 Encompass, a number of deployments were affected by an issue where the outbound (from 360Eitc) ASDRG interface unexpectedly stops working.

Restarting services appears to temporarily resolve the issue, but not permanently. The issue can (and often does) reoccur without warning following service restart.

Solventum development is aware of the issue and developing a KSI.

In the meantime, please create a Support ticket and contact your Service Owner if you believe that your ASDRG interface from 360Eitc has stopped working.
